Our adjustable highchair footrests provides your baby the foot support they need, allowing them to sit comfortably and focus more on mealtimes!
Along with all our other IKEA highchair accessories, it was designed with functionality and aesthetics in mind!
How do I install?
To install the footrest, add 1 O-ring onto the chair, find the most comfortable height for your little one, slide the footrest on one side, then secure underneath with the remaining O ring, do the same for the other side, adjust as baby grows.
As little one is getting older you may find he/she is pushing down more, to resolve this issue we include metal support clamps with every footrest.
You may wish to use these from the start. Untwist and secure under the footrest.
Our bamboo footrests come with 4 x black O rings plus extra support clamps.
Safety -
Highchairs with footrests are important to provide proper posture and ergonomics with your child. However, footrests inherently make it easier for your child to push themselves up out of their seat. Therefore, the footrest must always be used with the child's safety harness fastened tight.
Please note - Bamboo wood naturally varies in colour, saturation and darkness, therefore these same variances may occur in our footrests.
